How can I prepare my property for a PlanOmatic photoshoot?

For Exterior Photos:

• Remove vehicles and dumpsters from driveways 
• Have the property landscaped if necessary
• Remove or hide any renovation items such as ladders and tools

For Interior Photos

• Ensure lockboxes are in working order
• Rently Tips: 
  • Test out the PlanOmatic vendor code to ensure it’s working properly
  • Make sure the property status is 'vacant' and not 'leased' in the Rently app
  • Make sure the batteries are fully charged. Your Rently app will tell you which locks have low batteries.
  • Make sure the key in the lockbox matches the lock for the door.
• Ensure the home is safe and approved for occupancy 
• Have the home professionally cleaned
• Open all window blinds
• Close all toilet lids
• Remove any unsightly clutter
• Remove any personal belongings
• Remove or hide any renovation items, such as ladders and tools 
• If a 3D tour is requested, ensure all rooms of the home are accessible. 3D tours require mapping of the entire interior space (excluding unfinished basements) for completion.
